# 730: Declined - Buyer identity

Based on the data provided by the customer, sufficient identification for the requested transaction is not possible.

It could be possible to complete the transaction with a new request, given that the customer changes their name or billing address information.

We recommend showing the customer message contained in the API response and sending a new request with the new information.

We recommend that you limit the number of order attempts when receiving this reason code to 3 per 24 hours. Furthermore, we recommend employing address validation services to reduce customer-side errors.
