## Error Handling

The buyer may contact Ratepay customer service for more information.

The shop should offer other (secure) payment methods to the buyer.

We recommend that you limit the number of transaction attempts for this buyer when you receive this decline category to one per 24 hours.

## Example

The buyer is in debt collection process.

This behavior can be triggered on the integration environment by using the email address `payment_attribute@ratepay.com`.
