## Description

Ratepay rates the default risk of this request as high. If One time Passcode (OTP) is enabled, this may be because the transaction requires OTP verification.

## Error Handling

The buyer may contact Ratepay customer service for more information.

The shop should offer other (secure) payment methods to the buyer.

We recommend that you limit the number of transaction attempts for this buyer when you receive this decline category to one per 24 hours.
