# Firewall

###### Your firewall must allow the outgoing TCP connection to files.ratepay.com at port 22.

## Client

If your operating system has a firewall, it usually will ask if you want to allow the outgoing connection. Please confirm and add an exception to the firewall rules, if necessary.

## Network

Corporate networks usually having their own firewall. You may need to ask your administrator to add an exception rule.
