# Ratepay Logs

###### Find all log entries, including purchase orders rejected by Ratepay.

Click ***Settings > Extensions > Ratepay API-Logs***

Look for requested operation and click on the button (within the context menu) **show request/response** to see the corresponding XML messages.

| Operation | Description | Tips |
|  --- | --- | --- |
| `PAYMENT_INIT` | **Initiate** | Initialization of an order and generation of the Ratepay Transaction-ID. |
| `PAYMENT_QUERY` | **Preauthorization** (deprecated) | If this is the last operation for a transaction ID, the order was rejected by Ratepay. |
| `PAYMENT_REQUEST` | **Authorization** | If this is the last operation for a transaction ID, the order was rejected by Ratepay. |
| `CONFIRMATION_DELIVER` | **Capture** | Announcement of shipment towards Ratepay. |
| `PAYMENT_CHANGE` | **Status updates** | In case of cancellations, returns and refunds. |
| `PROFILE_REQUEST` | **Configuration** | Operation to read the actual Ratepay profile configuration. |
