# Welcome to ORCA

With ORCA merchants, marketplaces and service providers are able to see their transactions, submit service requests and download reports about purchase orders and settlements.

ORCA is a web-based tool which provides 4 basic functions:

2. [Transmit status changes](/docs/orca/english_version/order/edit_multiple_orders) such as shipments, cancellations, returns and credits/debits
3. Download billing and settlement reports
