SFTP connection

To transfer and receive files, you need a compatible SFTP or SCP tool.

If you do not have such a software, use WinSCP for Windows.

Download: WinSCP

By using the portable version you do not need administrator rights for installation.

Set up a new connection

Server name	`files.ratepay.com`
Port	`22`
Protocol	SFTP with SCP fallback
Username	Will be communicated to you separately.
Password	Please leave it blank. We use the SSH key for authentication.
