Admin Orders

Setup

To use the feature of creating and managing admin orders, please make sure that the separate credentials in the Ratepay profile configuration area are entered. You will receive separate credentials for backend orders from your Ratepay Consultant.

Create new admin order

You can initiate the admin orders with Ratepay payment methods in the order overview. To access, click on Orders -> Overview and then "Create Ratepay order" in the top right corner.

After this a popup will be displayed where you have to define which Sales channel and which Domain shall be used:

Now you are redirected to your web shop. Here you are able to place to order in the name of your customer. The orders will be redirected to the configured Ratepay admin order profile.

In the bottom left corner an information windows is displayed, that you are in the admin order mode. To exit this session, just click Terminate session option there.

The admin order behaves like a normal order and have to be accepted or refused by Ratepay. In the case the order is accepted, the order will be shown within order overview tab like every "normal" order.
