Click Settings > Extensions > Ratepay API-Logs
Look for requested operation and click on the button (within the context menu) show request/response to see the corresponding XML messages.

PAYMENT_INIT | Initiate | Initialization of an order and generation of the Ratepay Transaction-ID. |
PAYMENT_QUERY | Preauthorization (deprecated) | If this is the last operation for a transaction ID, the order was rejected by Ratepay. |
PAYMENT_REQUEST | Authorization | If this is the last operation for a transaction ID, the order was rejected by Ratepay. |
CONFIRMATION_DELIVER | Capture | Announcement of shipment towards Ratepay. |
PAYMENT_CHANGE | Status updates | In case of cancellations, returns and refunds. |
PROFILE_REQUEST | Configuration | Operation to read the actual Ratepay profile configuration. |
