In order to ensure a secure data transfer with Ratepay, it is possible to transfer data from or to our SFTP server.

With access to our SFTP server, you can:

  • Download settlement files
  • Download clearing files
  • Download merchant invoices
  • Upload regular customer files

This quick guide will help you to set up a connection in just three easy steps.

Step 1

A SSH private/public key pair (OpenSSH) must be present. The public key must be transferred to secure@support.ratepay.com.

Firewalls must allow outgoing TCP connections to files.ratepay.com at port 22.

Set up a compatible SFTP or SCP program (WinSCP).
