The Backend Orders feature requires you to enter credentials into the BACKEND fields in the Ratepay Plugin setup for the countries you support.
You must also install and activate the free Backend Orders plugin produced internally by Shopware AG.
You should always select and configure the payment method last, since requests sent to Ratepay require all of the following data.
Your customers need to have birthdates and telephone numbers.
If your are not sure if these data are given, use the standard customer management forms to enter new customers, add or edit their billing and shipping addresses, and set missing birthdates or telephone numbers.
When this form is submitted, relevant requests to are sent to Ratepay automatically.
